The next time you you get one of those angry chills at the back of your neck, thinking about your competition. I want you to come back here and look at this photo of just what a really competitive market looks like.
Imagine trying to establish any form of unique differentiation between your product and the other seventy squillion boxes of stuff just like yours.
Every time I speak to a restaurant client that is having a bit of a “Dummy Spit” about the guy across the road, or even several guys across the road, I like to show them this photo.
Because, if all the, lets say, soap manufacturers can stake out their little piece of highly profitable territory in an environment this competitive, it must be possible for them too to compete.
