Police force down BRITNEY SPEARS underwear update#2

This silly story just keeps getting better and better.
Late last evening the restaurant owner was confronted by two rather large, but amused, police officers who claimed they had unwillingly been ordered to supervise the: “Pulling down of Britney’s Underwear” because they claimed, it was causing a public nuisance and potential traffic hazard. (I can’t help wondering if they meant pubic nuisance)

My restaurant owner friend refused, however the police were not to be dissuaded in the performance of their vital civic responsibilities and proceeded to remove the said underwear themselves.

This prompted an explosion of light as the local press took photos and this mornings newspaper “front-paging” the headline: “Police force down Britney Spears underwear”
.
The restaurant owner, has now painted the same words in huge bright paint across the entire front of his building, and the local T.V. crews have kept him busy with interviews.

His entire budget to date has been far less than $100.00 and he tells me the bookings have been so strong he has had to extend the raffle night to two additional nights and is expecting a revenue increase of around $20,ooo.oo. for the week.
Not a bad investment!
