WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU…lindsay_car300.jpg

The prime objective of this site is to provide you with a FREE encyclopedia of proven Advertising and promotional ideas.

Ideas that will help you grow your business to whatever level you wish.

To achieve this, every single day, we scour the internet, rip pages out of magazines, ransack our friends’ closets, take our own pictures, and if we have to, rummage through dumpsters and spy on other business’s, all to find the very best stuff we can.

Then we focus all this STUFF on the
only three ways you can build a business…

1. How to attract NEW CUSTOMERS to your business
2. How to increase the AVERAGE DOLLAR SALE from each of your customers
3. How to increase the FREQUENCY OF PURCHASE from each of your customers

PLEASE HELP…
If you see, or have, any great ideas, share them with us, add your own experiences to the comments sections below each “posting” and take part in the “Help Forums”.

This is all about you and your participation, not us, we are merely a conduit, and at times, the provoker of, shared and proven ideas.

The sharing of success’s and even minor setbacks allows everyone to achieve their own goals in less time and with more certainty, And is the powerhouse behind every great franchise group.

So please, PLEASE, contribute, our lifeblood is fresh proven ideas. So, if you’ve got a great idea, a photo, a proven method or anything else that you think the world ought to know about, email us! We are happy to credit you and or your business if you wish.

WARNING WARNING!!!

This site is not for everybody, it is not for management teams that are confident they have arrived, or even more foolishly, believe they can stay there. (Wherever the hell their “there” is)

This site is for that rear breed of true entrepreneur who knows great ideas are not enough, great ideas must be tested then implemented to yield results.

You know that talking about ideas might impress those around us, but mere theory and untested talk, doesn’t get customers.
You know that customers and business’s are a constantly, fast flowing force, and as owners and managers, you must keep looking for the “tell tale” signs of change and react to them.
You are not seduced by, nor tolerant of, the mediocrity you see all around you.
You dream, know you are capable of, and deserve, the bigger and better results that only come from continuous improvement.
You understand that “not changing” is far more risky than change.
You pretend you are an expert and you don’t seek to win every single time, you recognise that business is an evolutionary process of learning and risk.
You revel in the adrenalin rush of discovering new and better ways to succeed.

AND ABOVE ALL…
YOU HAVE THE COURAGE AND INTEGRITY TO SHARE…

Lindsay = I know it is not about advertising — but I did recently write and article I think your readers might find very valuable. It is a manifesto on: Achieving Business Excellence - the six key things every business must focus on to attain and sustain business success. It is on the website called “Change This” here is direct link: http://www.changethis.com/46.01.AchievingExcellence - I applies 100% to the restaurant business!

I am a strategy consultant and executive trainer that has been traveling 200+ days-a-year for more than 14 years working for some of the top companies on the globe. I also read at least 100 business books every year and have since 1989. I wrote this manifesto as an overview of the “pattern of excellence” I have seen in all of the best firms I have worked with — including Charlie Trotter’s in Chicago. There are some very solid ideas for anyone who is serious about improving the success of their business — I hope you find it valuable and will pass it along to anyone you think would benefit from reading it.

Thanks so much — take good care — John Spence (www.johnspence.com)

PS - if there is ever any way I can be of assistance to you, please do not hesitate to send a note. I am always happy to help in any way I am able.
