THE PRODUCTION JOURNEY OF EACH AND EVERY SCULPTURE

Each piece is individually designed and hand crafted by the artist, then kiln fired to bisque at 1000 degrees centigrade.

Each piece is then hand sanded and polished with several grades of extremely fine, diamond encrusted, abrasive paper to achieve an absolutely grit free finish.

The piece is then returned to the kiln where it was slowly heated to 1280 degrees centigrade, ensuring the microscopically fine porcelain particles fuse to achieve the maximum possible strength and fine matte surface texture.

Following the second firing, the piece is again hand sanded several times to achieve it’s buttery smooth finish, unique to only the finest grades of porcelain.
