This is yet another great way to use carry bags to grab attention and promote your business.
I simply can not understand why some businesses continue to use boring bag designs when there are so many brilliant ideas around.
Once again, it’s simply a matter of converting an existing, non productive, cost into a supercharged Advertising and promotional tool.
To make Queensland Australia the number one choice for a winter holiday.
They decided to have bikini-clad ladies and bathing suited boys in heavy coats flashing people in the much colder southern states of Australia.
24 male and female models ran about Melbourne and Sydney flashing people, targeting commuters in the chilly gray mornings.
The trench coats were lined with a tropical Queensland backdrop, putting the swimsuit clad models on the beach.
The Flashers also handed out business cards, directing commuters to the tourism Queensland website where they could win a winter holiday to Queensland.
The Results: The event gained coverage from all major media networks, including prime time TV reports, plus newspaper coverage.
Maybe this is a way to grab some attention…

I’m just not sure what would be a suitable product to advertise, or where I’d place the message.
However, I’m sure if I take my time, assiduously studying it, I will manage to think of something.
What a pleasant change from yet another one of those boring shower scenes where the girl has impossibly shiny wet hair and strategically placed lather.
How could any one ignore this great promotional gimmick and the free sample gets potential customers trying the product at no risk.
Remember sampling is a great way to get potential customers to try your product and done the right way, converts to real repeat sales at a high rate and very quickly.
Imagine coming across this as you rush to work tomorrow morning!
Do you think you might notice it and be a little entertained by it.
Well, they say(or Seth Godin says) if you want to be noticed you have to be different.
And here is a sign that says it all (maybe a little too much very eloquently.
The point is: this sign will grab more attention and response than signs costing thousands of dollars.
What can you do to get your message out there in a manner that is totally different?
Is this the early sign of a society that has reached a saturation point?
Or is it a very clever Advertising stunt by a health gym?
This Advertising stunt is very clever and unique…
And could be easily adapted to suit many different product offers.
Again, it’s the power of putting something unexpected, in a place even less expected…
It grabs attention every time.
This clever promotion was done for the Norwegian SnowBoard Association.
I guess this goes under the heading of “Brag and Boast” Advertising…
I don’t know what it was trying to promote (my guess it is NOT a religious promo) but it certainly does appear to be getting the undivided attention of the people around, though I guess there was a touch of “Penis Envy” from approx 50% of the onlookers.
And NO, I do not want your suggestions for a headline unless it’s really clever.
