I guess this goes under the heading of “Brag and Boast” Advertising…
I don’t know what it was trying to promote (my guess it is NOT a religious promo) but it certainly does appear to be getting the undivided attention of the people around, though I guess there was a touch of “Penis Envy” from approx 50% of the onlookers.
And NO, I do not want your suggestions for a headline 
unless it’s really clever.
Its strange the length that some people will go to put over a point, I bet the person who thought of this silly stunt must feel a right Charlie, Harry or D***.
