Once every blue moon along comes a new product that threatens to knock sliced bread off it’s golden pedestal.
This is not one of them, however, it takes a very special sort of mind set to devise and market an up market, premium priced product made from mass produced plastic bags for “TRENDY” dog owners.
In fact, it would probably take less thought to come up with solutions for the current economy, Middle East peace, and world hunger.

Is this the early sign of a society that has reached a saturation point?
Or is it a very clever Advertising stunt by a health gym?

These pics require no words from me they appeal to basic human instincts that can not be ignored…
I’m not quite sure what they are all selling, but I think I should get some.

This Clever Advertisement is one of those rare Advertising stunts that has the capacity to put a memorable smile on the faces of everyone who sees it. And that should not be scoffed at… in world packed far too full of boring “Brag and Boast” Advertising disregarded as part of the urban clutter we have to ignore to maintain our sanity and brain cells, an advertisement that makes us smile is welcome and attention grabbing.

This Advertising stunt is very clever and unique…
And could be easily adapted to suit many different product offers.

Again, it’s the power of putting something unexpected, in a place even less expected…
It grabs attention every time.
This clever promotion was done for the Norwegian SnowBoard Association.

I guess this goes under the heading of “Brag and Boast” Advertising…
I don’t know what it was trying to promote (my guess it is NOT a religious promo) but it certainly does appear to be getting the undivided attention of the people around, though I guess there was a touch of “Penis Envy” from approx 50% of the onlookers.
And NO, I do not want your suggestions for a headline
unless it’s really clever.

I want you to imagine the Advertising meeting where the clever creative gurus presented this concept to their client.
I wonder who had the “naughty male appendages” to say to the clients accountants they wanted a few big bucket loads of money to build a huge pig and jam it between a couple of central city buildings. And after that, to take this idea along to the gray suited, local government authorities bureaucrats, and ask for the appropriate permits.
I wonder if there is a by law that covers huge inflatable pigs jammed between buildings.
I love it, how could any body passing by ignore it.

It seems that everybody is talking green nowadays…
So, if you want to jump on this “top of mind” bandwagon, especially if you have a genuine “Green” product or service offer you wish to promote, how about one of these attention grabbing Advertising devices.

Never underestimate the power of the “un-ordinary” to grab attention.
Our brains are programmed to disregard the predictable (if everything got through, there would be no processing power left to concentrate on the really important stuff) The problem is, most Advertising fails to interrupt this survival reflex, long enough to deliver its offer or “pick me” message.
So when you do something as simple, but UNPREDICTABLE as the photo below, you break through and earn the opportunity to deliver your Advertising message.
