Hey Lindsay, Nice post!!!

Been reading the E-myth have you?

Peter and I talk about this a lot. I am in the middle of writing a post about management styles and the issues with abdication (my main issue) and deligation (peter's main issue). I tend to believe everyone is as self motivated as I am and can handle themselves. I don't mind spending time with someone but if they don't ask, by nature I assume all is perfect. This brand of optimism has had its share of issues. ahh darn.. want to write more but my wife is showing up to go grocery shopping (she likes to play house together, it is quality time).
