I wish I could claim this article for myself… but I can’t and to be honest that makes me a little envious.

Recently I was reading one of my favorite sites (John Cricket’s Business Opportunities and Ideas ) and I dicovered an article by Jay Ehret which I thought was interesting, in that it provided some very good ideas on how to approach marketing in a “Soft Market”.

When I read the article, I thought, this guy actually does know what he’s talking about, he has that rare ability, to not only define the problem, but also, provide several potential solutions.

Not merely a whole lot of rehashed, unproven theory, he can provide actual workable solutions.

So I clicked over to his site the IdeaSpot and there I discovered bucket loads of great stuff, real case studies, of real businesses, confronting real marketing challenges.

One article in particular grabbed my attention, it is the study of a real estate agent struggling to achieve viable response rates to her marketing.

Jay takes you step by step through the process they devised for her, and it’s very good stuff…

If you are not into real estate that’s O.K. there’s heaps of other great ideas for all business owners there and this site deserves a prominent place in your bookmarks and RSS feeds.
