I defy anybody passing through this rather attractive orifice to fail to notice it.
Sure, this sized sign is probably well beyond the budgets of most, but the concept could be applied on a smaller scale.
The key question is… How could you use this concept to grab the attention of your passing traffic.
How about doing some thing just like this over a busy doorway, sports entrance or subway entrance.

of other business’s all around you.

Create a good looking coupon with a powerful offer to attract customers. Then, make the other business (the one who already has the customers) look like the hero. Doing this, instantly gives you the opportunity to attract the “Life Time Value” of a new customer at far less than the cost of Advertising. This type of promotion is extremely powerful for almost all types of business. I have seen some astounding results from this seemingly simple strategy.

And they said I was no oil painting…
Sure it’s a bit corny! But lame is in, just look at the success of You Tube. The simple fact is, these “corny photo opportunities” are loved by us all and get passed onto friends and family. Make sure you include the name and location of your business.
Today, where nearly everybody carries a mobile phone with digital photo functions, these moments are recorded and instantly sent on to many more potential customers.
Providing these photo opportunities is a great, low cost way for you to plug your business directly into this supercharged new viral marketing craze.

Not only a good attention grabbing sign with brochure distribution
function, Signs like this make great photo opportunities that are then seen by friends and families on those “fascinating” after holiday
slide evenings.

However, unlike the sample here, make sure… you include the name, location and the phone number of your business. C’mon, this is streets ahead of the same old chalk boards I don’t even notice anymore.
My challenge to you is: What can you do, right now that will
convert more of your existing street traffic to buy from you???

This top restaurant on the famous Champs-Élysées in Paris has discovered
a great way to both promote their Restaurant and generate a whole heap of additional revenue from their passing trade.
Walking traffic is first attracted by the bustle of activity, bright lights and the smells of freshly cooking food. Those in a hurry simply grab food on the run, (each was handed a coupon with an incentive to return) whilst others are encouraged into the restaurant for more substantial meals by well timed offers and incentives. This place was packed both inside and out, whilst nearby restaurants and cafes were forced to watch on with envy.
What can you do outside your business to create a publicity event and earn additional revenue?

He is a super gutsy street art satirist who just loves to take the …. out of everything establishment. His stunts and graffiti are legendary and have been featured in a number of leading art galleries. The point here is, this guy really knows how to grab bucket loads of attention. Continue Reading »

Why not decorate an old car, trailer, bike or bus so it becomes both a traveling and static bill board that will grab attention.
One client of mine with an Italian Restaurant, parks a Vespa scooter and Fiat Bambino out side his restaurant each day. Both are painted with his restaurant name and the red white and green synonymous with Italy and in a manner that supports his informal fine dinning image.
The locals admire his flair, and the attention of tourists is captured immediately. There is always someone using it as a photo opportunity and it all cost a whole lot less than a big flashy sign that would have looked like all the other mediocre council approved signs.
MY CHALLENGE TO YOU: What could you do that will draw attention and comment to your business. C’mon this stuff isn’t rocket science!
