In an age of mind numbing Minimalism and the ultra Twee this cafe’s decor comes as a very pleasant relief.
It’s located on the basement level of a central Paris department store, whos name I can’t remember.
The walls of the cafe are covered in workshop tools and antiqued signs, counter tops are covered in nail studded zinc.
It’s one of those places that you just have to sit down and absorb the decor.
I simply can not understand why so many restaurant and cafe owners don’t use their decor to differentiate them selves from other similar venues.
Why do most restaurant cafes simply copy what every one else does? Those that do, miss out on the opportunity to grab the attention and imagination of potential customers.
Your decor can be a powerful tool in your promotional kit. A quick image search of Google will provide you with hundreds of idea starters.
